Summary: We were here for a tournament, selected by team travel agency. The hotel was under renovation. The pool was closed, which we were counting on for the team to relax after a day of games in the heat. There was no where for our team to socialize. Total disappointment. When I checked in with my daughter there were visible crumbs on the sheets and comforter, along with long black strands of hair visible on one of the pillows. There was a lamp with no bulb and missing the lamp shade. We had our room changed and the second room was better. The evening staff were very nice and did their best to accommodate us.

Summary: Decent place for the price. Room was clean, carpets were fairly new. Overall it was pretty quiet so I slept good. Breakfast was also good for grab and go.

Summary: The hotel was fine and the price was right. We sat around for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help us check in. When the person finally arrived, she was unfriendly and unhelpful.

Summary: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was limited but heynitbwas free and well stocked and pretty decent. We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Would most likely stay again if back in the area.

Summary: After changing my reservation the hotel was unaware of the change and was confused why all of my belongings were still in the room following my second night. I'm not sure if the communication breakdown happened on hotels.com's end or the hotel, but it was frustrating to receive a call during the conference that I was attending.
