Summary: The hotel room with jetted tub was OK but the first room the toilet kept running off and on. And when the maintenance came to the room he didn't speak English so I didn't understand him and he didn't understand me .I also noticed he came without a tool box. How are you going to fix with no tools

Summary: I’ve been to other Best Westerns and this one by far needs an upgrade. Very outdated room. There a slant that runs in the middle of the hotel and our room had a little ramp in the room it seemed. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, woke up sore. Towels and bed had a red stain dots. Not sure if it was blood or juice. Toilet you had to hold the handle down for about 10-15 seconds for it to flush. Also room had a weird pee smell. Staff was friendly though. Though I won’t go back again.
