Summary: The toilet was running all night, cannot stop, the air conditioning was making noise all night as well. The room and hotel need some TLC, very outdated. breakfast was good but no coffee, the coffee machine is out of order, only have hot water. Staffs are nice but not much helpful regarding the coffee machine situation.

Summary: Had to wait an extended time just to be checked in. Our room had no shampoo and the shower was not draining properly. Breakfast was nothing. Staff allowed individuals to act belligerently and drink alcohol in the pool area so we could not enjoy it.

Summary: The Halls, the elevator the entire Hotel smelled like weed. Gross. The do not enforce no smoking policy

Summary: The room had a weird stale smell. Almost like people had been smoking in the room. Not sure if the sheets were clean, they smelled like the room also. They had bright white LED lighting in the room which is not my favorite and that is just a personal preference. The lock on our door was broken. We got in late and the place was completely booked so we couldn’t change rooms at all. The staff was nice and breakfast was very good.

Summary: I was here for a dog show. $70.00 per dog is too expensive. Special consideration should be made when dog show people are bringing in a lot of money and business to your area.

Summary: Please let employees know smoking by the front door leaves a bad impression. Provide a smoking area 30-50 feet from guest entries. Many of us hate cigarette smoke when entering the hotel. Breakfast needed attention on replenishing. Had to ask for change of sheets, bed making after two days. Price fine for experience, not the BW I expected.
