Negative: Booked roon for disabled. Called motel directly 2 weeks prior to confirm. Was told it was all in order. Upon registration it was not so. Didn't have the room to accommodate needs. Staff on duty did what they could, but very disapointed.

Positive: The young man at the front desk, Frank, was excellent. He greeted us warmly and did his best to a confidante our request to move to an upper. When asked for recommendations for dinner, he gave us an excellent restaurant. The whole experience was great.

Positive: Easy access, friendly staff. There was an issue with booking (for some reason we had two reservations but on my booking.com I only had 1) they staff member checking us in was very understanding and took care of it for us
Negative: The freeway noise is loud! The trashes were not emptied in our room.

Positive: I liked that breakfast was included with our room stay. There was a variety of options to choose from and they did not run out.
Negative: The hallways were dirty with crumbs. The hot tub was not functioning and there was dirty standing water in it. If it is not available to use, it should be drained and cleaned.

Positive: Super clean!!! Sweet staff ❤️very close to our destination! Wish we would have had time to swim. Next time!!! It was important to keep all 5 of us together on this trip and we were completely accommodated!! Nice place!

Negative: My room smelled so "doggy", like it had never been deodorized. My sister had the same problem in her room. When I left, my clothes smelled like the room!
