The spacious open-concept floor plan makes it comfortable for everyone to be together. The large dining room seats 10 for a relaxing dinner or playing board games. The family room has a beautiful fireplace, a 65” smart TV, a Blu-ray player, and ample seating for everyone. There is a desk for writing postcards. Two Sonos speakers are available to play your favorite music.
The furnishings are family-friendly and comfortable. The light-filled house has a modern farmhouse style. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing memorable dinners. The bunk room is great for kids with an Xbox and smart TV and a trundle for storage. The bright guest bedrooms are designed with comfort and style in mind. The master bedroom features a smart TV and seating. The closets have custom shelving to maximize storage space. Full-sized stacking washer and dryer are located in the upstairs hall closet.
The wrap-around porch features rocking chairs - perfect for morning coffee or sipping wine. The outdoor table located on the porch seats 10. The western-facing patio features a hot tub for 5, a great fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and a Weber grill for barbequing. Both the patio and front porch are illuminated by string lights providing a cozy atmosphere in the evening.
Enjoy one of the several board games or books available in the home. Play beanbag toss, spike ball, badminton or just chill by the pool.

This was a fun trip with adults, teens, and dogs. We all enjoyed a boat rental starting from The Lookout marina. Teens also enjoyed the jet skis. What a service! Better Together was perfectly appointed and so comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

We will definitely be back. Kitchen was well equipped and some nice kid-friendly items too like a high chair, yard games, etc.

Summary: The property was amazing; it was fully stocked with more than we could imagine it would be. We brought lots of items that were already available in the pantry (like spices, flour, coffee and filters) and there even was a coffee grinder, a crock pot and a Dutch oven! We were thoroughly impressed with the condition of the home and the furnishings. We also loved the community and the children we had with us loved the playground areas! We will probably make this an annual family trip! It was a true vacation and super comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Better Together is a well cared for, beautiful, well-equipped home. It has a small back patio with a hot tub (cleaned daily), fire pit and grill. The front porch has a large table for outdoor dining & a built-in baby gate to contain children and dogs. Beds in the home were very comfortable and the bedding was clean and new. The products in each bathroom were a nice touch. Care had been taken to ensure there was just the right amount of dishwasher pods, garbage sacks, laundry detergent, etc. for the number of days we were staying. Our children loved the bunk room upstairs with bunks, trundle bed, toys and video game console with games.Other nice touches were the custom closets and built in device chargers throughout the house with 3 sizes of chargers. At night the neighborhood is lit up in a magical way.There is a series of lawns outside the front door which led down to the Vineyard Pool. A short walk up the hill across the alley is the Hilltop Pool.Our children loved spending time each day in the Vineyard pool. Hilltop park has a nice play structure for younger kids and scooter-friendly sidewalks. The house is a 5 minute drive from downtown Chelan where there are 2 grocery stores, restaurants, ice cream, a tiny movie theater and bowling alley. The only thing negative is the inconvenience of the Lookout's lake access area. The walk to the "beach" is SO STEEP. Elderly, young or unfit people would have a hard time in the Chelan heat getting down to the water & driving is not possible. Realize that the property runs golf cart shuttles up and down the hill in the summer but it was difficult to understand why the developers chose to build such a beautiful lakeside village where there is no easy access to the water. Finally, visitors should be aware that many amenities at the Lookout and in Chelan do not open until Memorial Day. The lake water level is extremely low before the mountain snow melts in summer & there are no boat rental

Most every year we choose a new home. Better Together met our needs perfectly. Some things could use a little TLC but not sufficiently to detract from our stay. Some of the bathroom cabinets needed a clean before we used them, vents needed dusting. Overall I don't think the property was being given enough cleaning time. An issue with the oven was promptly and appropriately dealt with by management. We have stayed on the Vineyard Park four times now - it is perfect for children as it gives lot of space to play frisbee, cornhole, soccer, badminton in the evenings.
