This hamlet farmhouse of 100m² very well exposed, located in a privileged place, on a plot of 1500m², reconciles the charm of Provence with a certain elegance. Change of scenery guaranteed with this beautiful 7.5 x 4 private swimming pool set amongst the vineyards with a breathtaking 180 degree view of the surroundings. Tastefully decorated, this residence will offer you comfort and quality in terms of the equipment available to you. Specially furnished for 6 people, the building has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs.
On the ground floor:
You will enjoy a nice little functional kitchen, fully equipped. The dining room with its old-style ceiling and the living room have large bay windows opening onto a large shaded terrace, offering remarkable views of the surroundings. The living space of the is equipped with reversible air conditioning and electric convectors. You will also find on the ground floor, a small bathroom with walk-in shower, as well as a separate toilet.
At the first level:
You will have two very pretty rooms, spacious, with double bed and provided with storage. You will appreciate the clear view of the vineyards and the splendid village of Roussillon, famous for its ocher colors. Upstairs you will also find an independent WC and a very bright bathroom with bathtub, in which it will be pleasant to relax, while contemplating the breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside.
At the second level:

The building has 3 pretty terraces, one large, equipped with an arbor, making it completely shaded, which is very significant in strong heat.
The garden extends in the middle of the vineyards on 1500m². Pleasantly furnished, you will be able to appreciate these vast spaces mixing gravel, lawn, fruit trees, lavender and various aromatics. A gardener regularly maintains these green spaces.
Finally, you will have a herringbone parking space located at the entrance of the property and can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.
