A well appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home in a great location on the popular Beverley Terrace. One minute walk to the main shopping street and 4 minutes walk to the beach. This property has a large kitchen / family area that leads out to a large L shaped deck with 2 outdoor settings for all day sun and relaxation. The polished timber floors add to the character and beachy feel. The property is fully fenced so very safe for small children to play outside and plenty of secure off street parking for cars and or a boat. Wash off after the beach under a hot water outdoor shower. This holiday home is a must if you want location and relaxation. There is surfboard, kayak, paddle board and bike hire available in town. Mountain bike park and walks close by and a local golf course.
NO PARTIES or large gatherings allowed and NO PETS allowed on the property.

Summary: I stayed in this accommodation with my family for 3 days and it was much better than our expectations. The house is spacious and very well equipped, very close to the beach but also to the shops. Whangamatā is a very pretty place too!
