Positive: The apartment is in a great location with safe secure underground parking, the lift did have a couple of faults during our stay but once we’d worked out the stairs locations it was ok. The apartment is roomy comfortable and has everything we needed for our stay. There is a pool and hot tub outside that we did eventually find after some hunting but didn’t end up using. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to LA.
Negative: The kitchen could have been slightly better equipped and a map showing exactly where the garbage Shute, pool facilities and staircases were would be helpful.

Positive: Good location and well furnished. Parking in basement easy. Kitchen equipped with coffee maker and basic dishes. Comfortable beds and good bathrooms.
Negative: It was difficult to find the keys. When I called the 2 numbers given for assistance, 1 did not pick up and 1 was rather unfriendly. There is an agent onsite who is actively renting or selling units of the property. They told us that short term lease is not allowed. This did not make us feel welcome..Quite nerve wrecking after a 12 hour flight. We were to to dispose of garbage after stay. Why? Cleaners should take care of this.

Positive: Super location and very good value for money. The apartment is very beautifully decorated. The parking is a bonus. The facilities in the building look wonderful, although we didn't use any.
