Summary: Great staff and service..they accomodated all our requests and were very professional. I only wish the a/c was little better .the location was not that great to take a walk around or not close to much attractions .but overall the staff and service was great

Summary: Had complications about billing. Eventually they understood I had already paid. They advertise rooms with two king beds. Such rooms do not exist. I ordered king bed well in advance since I am recovering from surgery and that would work best. I ultimately got it after significant effort.

Summary: Sadly check in experience left a sour taste. Totally unprofessional and substandard behaviour of check in staff. Check in time is 12Noon. Flying international and reached at 2am. The check in person refused to allow me to check in even if I paid an extra day. Refused entry to the lobby as well.Totally unprofessional attitude. No apologies were ever tendered. Overall a mixed experience
