Positive: The location makes this place exceptionally good! It is at the heart of Kadıköy and in a rather quiet street so you can easily sleep at night

Negative: There was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom.

Positive: Great location in Kadikoy. Close to business and T3 line. The apartment was newly finished. Overall I was satisfied with my stay and I would stay again.

Negative: Shower did not drain well and had little sewer small.. Kitchen area lighting was little too dim for what I'm used to but for for some people may not be an issue... personal preference

Positive: The apartment is spacious, clean, and very well maintained. It is well equipped with modern furniture and everything needed for a comfortable stay. At the same time, there is plenty of space, so it can easily accommodate three or four people. Everything seemed quite new, and the apartment was very warm, which was a big plus since the weather during our stay was absolutely awful. It was a pleasure to spend time there, having dinner with the family and watching our favourite movies.

Negative: Overall, everything was good. The only things I would suggest improving are the sofa in the main room, which is not very comfortable to sleep on without an additional mattress, and the quality of the bed sheets.

Summary: The apartment was one of the best parts of our stay in Istanbul. We felt at home there.

Positive: Proximity to the shops, metro and ferry makes it an ideal location.

Negative: Would benefit from a small safe to keep your small personal belongings. There were a few kitchen condiments but could do with some sugar, oil, etc just basic extras , although we know its self catering but it helps If your staying for a week or less.

Summary: Loved the apartment and our host was extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. Would definitely stay again.

Negative: I booked two rooms for my stay: the King Suite and the Garden Suite. Here’s my breakdown of both: Garden Suite: This unit was spacious and the design looked newly constructed, but it had some major drawbacks. It’s located on the -1 floor, which means there’s virtually no natural light. Even during the day, the space felt dim and lifeless, made worse by the fact that the lighting is mostly aesthetic and ambient, not functional. Cooling was another issue — there’s only one small AC unit in the living room that couldn’t adequately cool the two-bedroom apartment, especially during the day. Opening the windows wasn’t an option either, as stray cats were constantly trying to get in. The bedsheets had stains on them — one looked like a small bloodstain and the other was unidentifiable, which was off-putting. On the positive side, the location was convenient. King Suite: Much better experience overall. The suite was clean, had good natural light which complemented the modern aesthetic, and felt much more comfortable. This unit is definitely the better choice between the two. The Wi-Fi was mostly fine, though we did experience some buffering on Netflix at night, which made watching shows a bit frustrating. Final Thoughts: If you’re booking here, go for the King Suite — avoid the Garden Suite unless you’re okay with low light, weak cooling, and potential cleanliness concerns.

Positive: The property is located in one of the nicest areas on the Asian side of Istanbul, close to everything from restaurants and bars to cafés. It’s a short walk from the port, where you can catch a boat to the European side of the city.
