Summary: We were extremely impressed with the house. It is 4 bed, 3 baths with two of the rooms being master suites with their own bath and walk-in closet. The Great room area had a combined living room and dining area with plenty of room to accommodate friends who visited. We had 30 people from our Corvette Group in Bowling Green at the National Corvette Museum for their 30th Anniversary Corvette Caravan. The house was only 7 min. from the Corvette museum so it was very convenient for us to go from the house to the museum. The house has a large fenced backyard with a BBQ and a patio table and chairs. The entire time were were in Bowling green the daytime highs were 99-102 deg. F and the humidity was very high. The house has fantastic air conditioning and kept us all cool and all bedrooms, dining room and great room had overhead fans which help to keep us cool. The house also has a 2-car carport so you can park your car in a covered area. The neighborhood was very quiet and has very little traffic. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone.

Summary: The home is very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We had issues with the key pad and entering the property upon arrival; however, the owner was quick to respond and the issue was resolved.

Summary: This property was exactly where we needed it to be which was spacious enough for our fam of 7 and dog. Very close to Beech Bend Park in quiet, peaceful neighborhood. I was a little disappointed in the lack of communication when reaching out to the property manager to request an early check-in. We only received automated messages that they must send to everyone at certain points during their stay and just change the name of the addressee (AI?). This was frustrating bc our plans involved the Beech Bend water park on our 1st day there, and we needed to leave our dog at the house in order to go to Beech Bend. Even if the answer had been a no I feel like they should have responded regardless. A couple other issues to note: the master bedroom and bath were seriously 10-15 degrees hotter than rest of the house- never cooled off which made it very uncomfortable. I didnt bother to message manager bc of the lack of responses to earlier messages. The bedroom at the end of the hallway had 2 dirty socks from a previous guest laying on the floor under the edge of the bed along w a ton of dirt. Discovered this while searching for remote which was nowhere to be found for that room. If you're gonna have tvs in rooms, it's pointless without a remote! The throw pillows on bed had big stains on them. Felt like that room hadnt been cleaned. Rest of the house was clean. We enjoyed the space once settled but if they improve on these things it'll be that much better for the next person!

Summary: A perfect property for our group of six. Well stocked with dishes and necessities, clean and close to WKU. Accomodations for larger groups near the University are hard to come by. Hosts communicated all info in a timly manner and ensured everything was ready.
