Negative: No gym access, no pool access, not without pay. The location is not good, not close to anything. Basketball court is a parking so no basketball acess most of the day and night. Roaches.

Positive: The flat is stunning, spotlessly clean and very cosy. It has a beautiful view of the island and Cebu City, especially at night when the lights make it even more special. The staff are amazingly helpful – whenever I needed anything, they were ready to assist very quickly and always with a smile. The apartment is also very well equipped and comfortable, which made my stay very relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu.

Negative: There is not much to do in the area, all the nice beaches are private and they charge quite a lot for access. There are roosters crowing and dogs barking in the neighbourhood which can be annoying, especially early in the morning so take ear plugs with you if you want to sleep well. There aren’t many restaurants around but you can’t find some nice street food close by.

Summary: Very cosy, hone like apartment!

Positive: I was liked the view from the balcony and the bed was very comfortable.

Negative: The door from the toilet was dirty, mirror, balcony, dirty the shower it was very slowly and old , the sink from the battle of water didn’t worked. And the cover of the bed the yellow needs to clean it because it smell my girlfriend she told me. They need to work a bit in that flat. You need to put some work in that apartment and then to rent to the people.

Positive: The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent, with strong water pressure and hot water. Linen and towels were fresh, making the room generally comfortable for a short stay.

Negative: This visit was very disappointing compared to my previous stay. Cutlery was dirty with dried ketchup, and the tables and drawers had stains, dirt, and hardened grease, suggesting long-term neglect. The bathroom floor was partially flooded from leaking pipes, and the kitchen sink and tap were constantly dripping. The balcony door didn’t close properly, offering no insulation. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were far below expectations. Please don’t blame the cleaning crew. This unit needs a proper deep cleaning and proper maintenance for structural repairs. The fact that it was rented for a long stay before does not excuse it. Even more reason to properly clean before renting it out again.

Positive: The condos are great, staff very helpful and happy for you to check in early. We prepared to just drop our bags but they gave us the room a few hours before check in when we arrived. Everything was easy and hassle free, the room was clean and comfortable and spacious enough.

Negative: The only thing I'd mention about this place is there really is not much of anything to do on Mactan Island. It's a busy working city. No attractions and even the beach has been fenced off by the resorts. It was just a stopover for us near the airport. Traffic was very busy so getting anywhere from here took a while. If stopping over on Mactan for more than a few hours, it could be worth splashing out on one of the beach resorts so you at least have something to fill the time. No complaints about the accommodation itself though. There's a nice Filipino bakeshop right nearby and places to get coffee.

Positive: I like the very accomodating personality of the unit owner, they even checked on us after the earthquake, i also think the building is good at it withstand the 6.9magnitude earthquake.
