Positive: Location was excellent, right next to the main ski lifts (5 min walk) was super handy to have a washing machine and a dishwasher. Place was lovely and clean and the host responded nice and quickly. Also has parking which again was very handy.
Negative: Would recommend more hangers and a couple more pillows. Apart from that was brilliant.

Positive: The apartment house’s location is very good, Bania Ski Lift is only 200 m far from it. We regularly travel to Bialka for skiing and this location was one of the bests we had so far. The flat is also quite modern and well equipped.
Negative: The heating was impossible to control, so one of the bedrooms was quite cold during our stay at all. There aren’t enough place to put your stuff, clothes etc. - more closets would be required. The host’s communication was confusing, they don’t speak English at all. We asked for baby bed and high chair in advance, but they weren’t in the room, and after asking 4-5 times via phone and message, they brought a disgustingly dirty baby bed! We asked for a new one which they promised, but never arrived. High chair was also never brought, they simply didn’t answer to our phones after a while. We also didn’t get any instructions at our check-out. Poor service!
Summary: Poor service, but maybe good value for money if you don’t have extra requests and speak Polish

Positive: I liked that there was a lock with a code on the door, it is convenient for a large company. The refurbishment of the apartment is amazing. We liked that there were plenty of dishes. More than enough for a big company. Great place to stay for people who love skiing. On the territory of the house there is a heated room where you can leave your ski equipment. A 5-minute walk from the house there are slides and ski lifts, as well as thermal pools where you can relax after a day of skiing. For some reason, the ad says that there is no parking. However, there is both a large free parking lot of the house itself (one car per apartment) and paid public parking outside the house.
Negative: Didn't quite like that there was no person who would speak English. There were no clear check-in instructions. Each next step had to be asked. In general, we did not have any difficulties with the check-in, as we travel a lot. But I assume that other people may have difficulty with locks and codes from a telephone message.
Summary: There were only positive impressions from staying in this place.

Positive: This apartment is perfect for a skiing holiday. It is within walking distance to the slopes and the thermal baths. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your stay. It was great having a code for the door and not having to worry about keys when skiing. We had the perfect stay and I'll definitely be back

Positive: Beautiful apartment, excellent location very close to the slopes, perfect for family ( it was 5 of us) , beautiful views all around , adjustable heating in every room, 3 balconies, very modern design . I broke my leg on second day of skiing but thanks to the location of apartment I could still enjoy glass of wine on balcony whilst looking at people on the slopes, in thermal baths etc.. For my family it was best skiing holiday yet
