Positive: The apartment is modern. The bathroom especially is really modern and large. The kitchen has a modern dishwasher and induction hobs. The beds are very comfy, we slept really well every night. There is a game room for kids with videogames and other games. The pool is heated and, if you manage to find a quiet time, is really nice. The location is a good base camp to explore the tatra and the gorce mountains, plus it has a waterpark and mountain biking and other entertainment right in the town. There are also plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. The staff were super helpful
Negative: The design of the apartment is all style over functionality. There is cool lightning and decor throughout - even a projector for some reason - but lacks essential comforts. For example there are no bedside table in any of the rooms and only the bigger bedroom has a wardrobe. Both rooms are tiny with the second bedroom so small that there isn't anything apart from the bed and barely enough space to squeeze around it. We're a family with 2 kids. One of the reasons why we choose apartments with 2 bedrooms over hotel rooms is so that we can go to bed later than the kids or wake up earlier and not risk waking them up. Not here though. Instead of real doors, the tiny bedroom has glass sliding doors that leave a gap even when closed. The door open directly to the dining/kitchen/living area so any light, noise or smell from the kitchen dining passes through. The kitchen has hobs, microwave etc but no prepping space and no space to store food so it's really impractical to use as a self catering accomodation. Lastly, the pool is way too small for the amount of guests so it's always full. It may be more enjoyable outside of the summer holidays though. Overall it was OK but we were looking for a real 2 bedroom apartment that allowed us to make dinner in the evening and this wasn't it.

Positive: Apartament space very nice but I am taking a star ⭐ away for dangerous lights !!! If no no oversized lights it would be perfect.
Negative: Room A26 NO MOCROVAWE!!! Absolutely stupid lights overhanging and you will hit your head either it !!! Oscar for designer 🧑‍🎨 really sorry for people . No breakfast available on site

Positive: The complex it self is very nice, you have warm poo,l Jacuzzi, sauna, game room for kids with video games free and a soccer table. The apartment itself is very modern 2 rooms with twin beds and a sofa bed. The kitchen has a dishwasher a stove top and a toaster and many dishes, it also have a refrigerator including small freezer. You have 2 smart TV. you also have enough towels and bathrobes for the pool. There is an elevator for the upper floors.
Negative: No air conditioning and it's hot even in cold day, they give only fan. The upper floor have windows on the roof and you wake up when the sun come out (no curtains). WIFI is slow.

Positive: Location is ok, but not the best in the area. It’s a very touristic area, but with a car you can access in not a long drive to nice places for hiking, biking,….. The building is new and top quality. They like their gadgets there for cameras and lightings. The apartment was beautifully designed and the spa facilities were just excellent. The temperature of the mini pool and jacuzzi the best I have found and also very clean and new. That is the highlight of the place. Nice place to rest and relax.
Negative: The area is too touristic. The place is wrongly called a Resort. It is not, at all, and they should remove it from their name: they don’t have any restaurant, bar, entertainment, shopping……on site. ( the can get you cold catering for breakfast if you book it in advance.It’s an apartment with a very very small pool ( for the amount of apartments),1 jacuzzi annd 2 saunas. They were beautiful and clean but always packed with people and children.The apartments are a bit small for 3/4 people really. The parking is also small for the amount of cars ( the had garage but not in use).
Summary: Beautiful new small hotel in touristic area.

Negative: No furniture at terrace. No fence around the yard in-front of reception. Tinny bedrooms. Apartment plan and real apartment were not the same. One size sauna robs.
