Negative: While we appreciate the security measures in place, we were not informed beforehand that local visitors are limited to a maximum stay of two hours in the room and may otherwise only be accommodated at the poolside. Had this been clearly communicated earlier, we would have chosen to stay at a hotel that permits visitors.

Positive: Convenient location in Dumaguette but tired building

Negative: The Aircon in main bedroom was clearly in need of a service, visibly broken outside. Also a washing machine that was "not available" for use blocked 1/3rd of an already cramped toilet/shower...the owner has clearly dropped the ball. But hey it can be fixed :)
