Positive: Great spacious apartment. It is not luxury type of accommodation, but hosts are really paying attention to make sure that everything is functional, easy to use. Kitchen is nicely furnished, heating and hot water works perfectly. Parking is just at the entrance of house. And hosts are staying in same building, very accessible and helpful. And shops for grocieries easily accessible nearby. Highly recommending for family visits, especially when coming by car. We are definitely considering this apartment as our first option for our visits to Paris in future.
Negative: In Paris one always wants to get closer to center, but then again in center apartments tend to be small and no parking.
Summary: Definitely consider this apartment, especially when coming with family.

Positive: Host is great, good communication before and after arrival, was always helping and caring. We used terrace for dinner in nice atmosphere. Grocery, bakery, bus station are nearby. Everything was available in the apartment. We traveled with two kids. Recommend.

Positive: The rooms were large and spacious for European living. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful to have. the apartment was is in a very safe and quiet location with easy access to busses and walking to metro. The out door patio was relaxing to have breakfast. Walking to the shop for food and a Bakery was very close (200 meters) and yummy. the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. very responsive. we would stay again in a heart beat.

Positive: The most friendly and kind host ever, she is just such a lovely and helpful person and really went out of her way to make our stay a pleasure. We had everything that we needed, and what we did not have she would gladly supply. There is enough space, the bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a fan due to the heat.
Negative: It was a lot of money to pay for an apartment so far from Paris, but I guess it is because of the Olympics and not the normal rate. The basin in the toilet is extremely small and one can hardly brush your teeth there or wash your face.
