Big Blue - RECENT RENOVATION - This is an ideal choice for families who wish to stay together, but not have to wait to use the shower!!! Big Blue is a classic two story farmhouse that has been completely updated inside and outside. It enjoys spacious grounds, ample off-street parking - all in the quiet village of Hartwick. The Cooperstown Dreams Park is only a 10 minute drive away.
A village park with swing set, playground and baseball field is within walking distance. A fire pit is included in the yard. Roast marshmallows and swap stories around an open fire.
Enjoy the open airy atmosphere of the kitchen, dining and living areas. There's room for more than one cook in this kitchen!!
This unique home has 8 Bedrooms - 2 on the first floor, 6 on the second floor. Each bedroom has a queen bed. AND there are 8 baths, too! All of the baths are off hallways. Four of the baths have a tub & a shower, and four have a shower.
For entertainment, there are 9 SMART TVs - 1 in the living area and 1 in each bedroom.
One well supervised team party is welcome.

Summary: The house is well kept an cozy,. 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and pool. Nice sized dining room with bar. Family room is a nice size as well. More than ample backyard space with the scenery of cows across the road. 18 min from ASV and 10 min from Dreams Park. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Summary: Big Blue was a great place to stay w a few baseball families. It was close to Dreams Park and nice and quiet. The front porch and fire pit were perfect for gathering after games. Kids enjoyed the pool as well.

Summary: This house delivered on everything we needed. We came for the Cooperstown tournament and had several families staying together in one house. The home was in great condition, and the best part was that everyone had their own bathroom! Home is on a great lot, with ample room for a large group. Only a short 15 minute drive to the Dream Park and into town. And bonus was being right across the street from the Cooperstown Bat Factory. Would definitely recommend this home. Great stay.

Summary: We stayed at Big Blue while our team played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Was great for multiple families. It was nice to have place to cook meals and hang out between games. Would recommend.

Summary: BIG BLUE was absolutely perfect for our extended family. Every room having its own bathroom is a must when you're with a large group, family or not. Everyone felt like they had their privacy and we didn't have to coordinate shower times ;). Everything was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and then more to make cooking a breeze. We were ecstatic about the pool, we had no idea there was even a pool to begin with but it was fantastic. Our team all came over for a pool party one evening and it added to their Cooperstown Tournament experience. None of the other houses offered that so it was amazing. THANK YOU! The beds are comfortable, the morning views of the hills and the cows just across the street were beautiful, we didn't take it for granted. THANK YOU!
