Sitting at the top of Centennial Way, in the shadow of Blake Mountain this beautiful house has 180° views of Campton, Thornton, & Waterville Estates.
This is a newly built home as of July 2023, and sits minutes off hwy 93, giving you easy access to travel yet being completely private and rural, so whether you find yourself staying to relax at the local coffee shop, hiking the Whites, skiing the slopes, golfing, or just disconnecting from busy life this place was designed with access to it all.

Big Blue is a 3 bed, 3 full bath chalet located in Thornton NH right at the doorstep of the White Mountain National Forest.
The house is three minutes off the highway, six minutes from Campton to get all of your needs and within a half hour radius of all the surrounding towns and resorts such as Waterville, Loon and Cannon for the ski slopes.
The evenings are great for relaxing on the porch overlooking the mountains, sipping some wine, watching the first stars come out and if you are lucky - getting a firework show in the distance from Owls Nest Resort.
THE SPACE:
GREAT ROOM - the main living room has sky high ceilings and windows facing the east for a phenomenal sunrise view. The dining area has seating up to 6.
KITCHEN- Brand new kitchen, open to the great room complete with an island with stools. Fully stocked with all the kitchen gadgets and appliances you would need. Step right outside on the deck to relax with amazing mountain views.
BASEMENT SPACE - Recently renovated "bonus space" that allows access to a washer/dryer, as well as sliding doors that exit to the backyard area.
MASTER BEDROOM - Second floor bedroom with a king size bed, dressers, full length mirror, and a closet.
GREEN BEDROOM - Main floor bedroom with a queen size bed, dressers, and mirror.
BLUE BEDROOM - Main floor bedroom with a queen size bed, dressers, and mirror.
MASTER BATHROOM - Full bathroom with a glass-sliding door shower and heated floors.
MAIN FLOOR BATHROOM - Full bathroom with tub surround shower.

Summary: access to 3rd bathroom and washer/dryer was locked. Reached out twice to host who never responded . We were finally able to get the lock open but would have been nice to hear back letting us know if there was a key. Oven filthy tried to use smoked out the house, tv remote in living remote does not work even after battery change , Master bedroom had multiple lights bulbs burnt out..Master bedding had a funky smell (not the sheets). The place is great and the location and view can’t be beat it just needs some attention of those types of things. The host was nice enough to let us in early as I requested but said no worries if this could not be done and was great with communication during this but then it ended there.

Summary: The house was clean neat and fully stocked! Plenty of room for our group. Very nicely furnished and decorated with all full baths! Stunning view of the mountains and there were even fireworks across the way the night we stayed. Would definitely rent again and stay again. Close to everything yet private and secluded!

Summary: This brand new, well designed home feels straight out of hgtv with a view to die for! We stayed just the weekend but I hated to leave. We had our 14 month old with us and the house is not baby proofed, but we knew that when we booked the house. We managed quite well. The kitchen is well stocked and the mattresses are very comfortable. The check in and out was very smooth and the property manager was very responsive.

Summary: Brought the kids to snowboard for the first time and I'm glad we selected this rental property. Location was great since it's 20 minutes to Loon or Waterville. Very clean and new house. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Summary: A wonderful property for a weekend ski trip with a group of friends. Only 20 minutes from Loon mountain. Very nice (new) cabin with all the amenities we needed for our stay. Host communicated very well and no issues whatsoever. Can’t wait to return for a future trip.
