Our house is located on Stanley Road. The driveway goes down and has a turn. There is a large area for parking and next to our beautiful house, a huge garage is available for your use.
As you drive up to the home you will be drawn to a large sun room with views of the majestic mountains and a private hot tub available for 24-hour use.
In the back of the house you will see Clear Creek and you can hear the sound of the creek when you are inside.
Plenty of parking!
-2 isolated rooms upstairs with full beds, (no bathroom in this area)
-The master bedroom with king bed (no private bathroom)
-bathroom with shower and bathtub on the main floor
-2 bathrooms on the ground floor. One is attached to the family room.
-The basement has a family room with a beautiful queen size bed, a full sleeper sofa and also has a 58" Roku smart TV ready for you to stream all your favorites. A wood burning fireplace and a separate exit to the large backyard, and a second full bathroom with shower
-The living room has a new sectional, with a full sofa bed included and another loveseat equipped with a queen size sofa bed that is very comfortable and cozy. High ceilings and access to the large back deck, the deck actually wraps around the entire house. The living room also has a 75" Roku smart TV ready for you to stream all your favorites.
-The kitchen has a large countertop and 3 stools to sit on. In the kitchen there is a small coffee area.
-The dining room, the perfect place for a cozy meal, which also has a wood-burning fireplace next to the table for 9 people.
-The laundry room connected to the kitchen with full size washer and dryer.
