Positive: I had a very pleasant 1-night stay with my little family (2 adult + 1 toddler of 3 y.o.) at this newly renovated property. My main requirements at the time of booking were to secure a free car park for overnight stay, and that room shall have a private bathroom with a bathtub. Originally, I wanted to book a nearby hotel room with breakfast included, however when calling the hotel in the morning, it turned out that rooms with bathtub would have costed much more. Then I had a final look at booking.com and other sites, and eventually managed to book this entire apartment with all I wanted included for a much reasonable price. The apartment was spotless, the host was very welcoming and his communication was excellent and highly proactive, always requesting reassurance of our satisfaction or any concerns we may have regarding the accommodation. In the apartment literally everything is provided, even toddler toilet seat that we could use for son who is currently getting potty trained. The host allowed us to park the car inside in the inner yard that I considered very safe. There is a stunning indoor patio as well belonging to the inner courtyard that we had no chance to use for an outdoor breakfast due to lack of time. Overall, I was highly pleased with the quality of service and great value for money.
Negative: The neighbourhood is somewhat concerning (we have not met any local Germans at all); also underneath the apartment a Chinese family is living and it was highly irritating that the Chinese lady came up to the apartment and knocked our door at 9-10 pm to let us know that we were loud despite we had no parties or loud music on, only my son was just too ecstatic and over the moon, and his cheerful laughter might have been somewhat loud. I politely apologised to the Chinese lady in Mandarin Chinese as well to ensure I do understand her concerns; yet I consider them highly sensitive and overreacting as we did not even watch the TV at high volume whatsoever, it was only a cheerful play with our son that was noisy.

Positive: My son was delighted with FIFA on the PS! Ironing board was up and ready too use, coffee pods. We got there late and left early and found everything super user friendly! Decor lovely and spacious, safe parking round the back. The place had a great vibe! Thank you we would stay again :)

Positive: They called us as soon as we made the booking and provided hospitality. They were very helpful and kind reassuring us about our stay. They helped me park and also offered to help me carry my stuff. They said it was fourth floor but in UK terms it is third floor so it wasn’t a problem to walk up the stairs. The beds were very comfortable and very clean. Rooms were very big. There were many facilities such as the PlayStation!! The property had everything you need, especially the big kitchen.
Negative: Bathroom is small but it didn’t affect us because the bath is big.
