Positive: The house was spacious and in a nice area. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked
Negative: The house was organized but could use a deep clean. If you have any kind of allergies, this isn’t the house for you. All the dishes/pots and pans needed to be cleaned before using which was frustrating. We also couldn’t connect to the WiFi that was given to us and when we reached out to home owner, we were told there was an outage but I don’t believe that was true because the the TV’s were connecting to WiFi.
Summary: Spacious but could use a deep clean!

Positive: Loved the home, location, beds, bathrooms, and the well stocked kitchen! I would definitely rebook this place for a family holiday gathering. I wouldn't need to bring anything but the food! Plenty of places to hang out, socialize, or just relax.
Negative: Some of the drawers in the kitchen were a little wonky. We just made sure to keep them closed so we didn't run the risk of accidentally breaking something. Also, there were some goldfish crackers under one of the beds in the "slumber room". Other than that, place was clean and tidy. Lastly, there are no blinds in the upstairs bedroom, so the sun definitely wakes you up in the morning (even if you are not ready to wake up) LOL
Summary: I was not a solo traveler, we had a family of 5 stay here.....WONDERFUL!

Positive: It was a large space that accomodated our group well. The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked and clean. As guests in Suncadia we had access to a the close by (walkable) trails, pool (indoor and outdoor with water slides for kids) and fitness center. The garage had air hockey and basketball games and weights. The kitchen was large and well set up. The TV's worked for both casting and movies for our kids. Overall it was a very comfortable, enjoyable stay. They even had sleds for the kids to play with in the snow.
Negative: The only hiccups were figuring out the door lock and heating system. The owners were responsive though so this issues were quickly solved.

Positive: Location, space of the property. It was comfortable and spacious rooms and furniture. Pet friendly. Ease of access. Well stocked kitchen.
Negative: Poor lighting in bathroom, dishwasher didn't work. Lack of 'shelving' for toiletries in the showers. Had to put shampoo, soap, etc on a ledge on the floor.
Summary: Enjoyed our stay at 35 Big Hill, would consider staying there again

Positive: The house was very spacious and comfortable. When I called the management about the unclean home they were very responsive and apologetic. They sent someone over to clean it within 60 mins. The beds were comfortable. The home is in easy walking distance from the pool and lodge. The kitchen was very well stocked and very comfortable to cook in. The living room furniture was also very comfortable for lounging. The home has TVs in every bedroom along with the living room. With all the pros, the cons outweighed our satisfaction and we will not come here again. Of note, the house is being sold. Maybe the new owners will put some attention into the broken AC unit and dishwasher.
Negative: When we arrived to the house it had only been partially cleaned. The beds were all dirty along with the bathrooms, kitchen and living area. We had to clean the refrigerator before we could unpack our cooler. There were no towels in the bathrooms and the toilet paper was used up.One of the upstairs bedrooms had a broken and leaking AC unit. The dishwasher was broken and required us calling maintenance to come and get it running again. It is still broken and does not function properly. The Suncadia facilities were obviously overused with too little of staff to maintain them. The pool area had dirty towels everywhere and the towels were piled up 3 ft deep on the concrete in front of the towel return area. The indoor pool was closed down and taped off.
