Summary: We had a great time. Wild rose has an up north feel without having to drive 4 hours. House was nice and clean. Bedrooms are tight and kitchen could use some more supplies but we had an amazing time. The best part honestly was the lake/beach. Very few weeds and nice and shallow by the dock so the kids could play safely without being watched super closely. We look forward to renting again.

Summary: This is a nicely remodeled house on a beautiful lake. We had 6 of us (all 18 yrs or older) and enjoyed the property. It has a nice sand beach for laying out, a nice pier where we caught small pan fish literally every 2 minutes, and a pontoon that we rented from the owner. The outside deck area was great with a gas grill and charcoal grill as well as propane fire pit (there is a wood burning fire pit as well). We used the kayaks and paddle board too. We golfed not too far away, went to a winery which was fun, and went to Waupaca for the famer's market, shopping, Hinders Brew pub (awesome), and the state park. We also ate at Little Fat Gretchen's (awesome). The Silvercryst Supper Club is not far away either (great fish fry). We did not have any issues. There are a few minor things to enhance the place in the future (hangers in the closets, blinds on the bedroom windows and maybe a little information on the lake like the wake hours or area attractions). But really other than those minor things it was a great place, very relaxing and fun.

Summary: Updated & very clean cottage. Sandy beach great for swimming and access to kayaks & paddleboard. Pontoon boat rental is a bit expensive so only rented for 1 day. Suggest to bring hand soap, body wash, paper towels since very little were available. No hangers in closet. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Summary: Cabin was fantastic- very clean. Family enjoyed using the Kayak, Paddle Board, fishing, and relaxing. Granddaughter had a lot of fun playing in the sand. We rented the Pontoon Boat. Unfortunately it was very dirty, including garbage left on it from previous users. After disposing of the garbage and some scrubbing we had an enjoyable afternoon on the boat. Very enjoyable weekend for our end of summer hoorah!

Summary: Few things would be nice to have hangers in bedroom with closet. Some type of shelves and hooks in bedrooms. Bathrooms could use some shelves to place toiletries on. A sheet that has info on it such as Wifi password and instructions for checkout would be handy. Lastly plenty of large bath towels however only 2 wash clothes and 3 hand towels for 6 adults wasn’t enough.

Summary: This was a great place to stay! Very clean 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom setup tucked away in the woods and on the lake. Plenty of outdoor space, a sandy beach and nice shallow water for the kids to play, space for a bonfire, and kayaks to get on the lake. We didn't use the pontoon boat as it was out of our price range. The place could use a few more kitchen things (ice cube trays, cutting board, mixing bowls, etc) but we were able to make do. Wifi was sufficiently fast for us to stream a movie when it rained, which was very helpful. All in all it was a great place to stay and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a weekend away.

Summary: This property has been completely re-done and is just beautiful! We had a great time kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding and more swimming! Would highly recommend and we are definitely going to return for a third year next summer!

Summary: The property lived up to expectations. It was just as we hoped it would be. The lake was beautiful and crystal clear. The cottage was full of updates and clean. We appreciated being able to use the kayaks and a paddleboard during our stay. We also rented the pontoon boat.
