Charming and comfortable 2500sf "home away from home" in ideal game day location. Walk a few quick blocks (less than a half mile!) to the stadium, or enjoy the game inside on one of the two flat screen TVs. 1 mile from downtown Main Street coffee shops, dining, bars; 2.5 miles to mall & grocery. Hear the stadium roar- rain or shine- from our beautiful covered 660sf wrap-around porch with multiple seating and eating areas. Large park across street for your pickup football game. Open concept living/dining/kitchen perfect for socializing. Upstairs and downstairs living areas with flat screen TVs. New hardwood floors throughout. 4 beds and two queen air mattresses w/linens also provided at guest's request to comfortably sleep 8 guests.
NOT a party house. Small gatherings ok but NO parties or events & NO smoking.

Summary: This was the perfect house and location for a Michigan football weekend with extended family. The house was even nicer than the photos and the location was AMAZING for walking to the Big House. There was also a really close park that was great for kids and adults. Will definitely be staying here again!

Summary: This is an amazing house in a great location. Walking distance to the big house, parks, U of M campus and downtown Ann Arbor. House was super clean and comfortable and has great indoor and outdoor space for hanging out.

Summary: This lovely and well-appointed home was perfect for our graduation celebration with our extended family. We were able to be together for meals and it’s very convenient to the Big House and all of campus. The owner is extremely welcoming and friendly and really made an effort to make our stay enjoyable. We can’t wait to return for football weekends! Highly recommend!
