Positive: HUGE. Interesting decor, like an artist’s loft. Very helpful and chatty host (via text). Good kitchen facilities. Eight-foot-high windows around two walls; great light. Comfy living room group (armchairs, coffee table, dining table, etc. Ping pong table if you’re so inclined. Convenient to s-bahn station.
Negative: Better description of the building - it’s on a light industrial courtyard with no signage and several buildings it could have been in. Just say it’s the red brick one. Also, maybe get a couple of inexpensive floor fans? I love those and it was a bit stuffy until late in the evening as it cooled down

Positive: It was quite remote and quiet, cool atmosphare, lots of space and amenities, parking on site, has heated matraces, and a pingpong table.
Negative: The loft still feels like a work in progress, needs to smooth out same edges, set up a propper gate, some walls, bathroom ceilng, doors, ventilation to remove smells and excess moisture, to make it feel less like a clean warehouse with beds that is a cool place to hang out and more like a propper loft.

Positive: Everything was clean, and there were enough clean blankets and other stuff. The kitchen was equipped. The host is really friendly and kind. He guided us a lot and was supportive.
Negative: Everything was great without any negative points.
