Positive: The apartments are adjacent to a clothing store, I got an email in advance telling me that I could collect the keys there. The store clerk was very friendly and cordial. She instructed us that we could come to them for all our questions. The apartment was fully airconditioned with two bedrooms with queen beds, a fridge, stove, microwave, and a washer (including soap and detergent). The beds were comfortable. We stayed for a week and there was a mid-week cleaning. The apartments are very safe as you need a key to access the property. It is situated right next to a police station. Private parking is available, which is handy in the city center. The apartments are within walking distance from the main attractions the city center, the central market, Waterkant, and the pubs near Palmentuin.
Negative: The only recommendation is maybe adding mosquito nets to the windows. Now we couldn't open the windows and enjoy the nice breeze.
