Positive: My family and i had wonderful holiday in BOVA LUXE. Thanks once again to Rashida who gave us a clean and comfortable stay and all the friendly 24Hrs security guards who were always there. The apartment is like on the photos online. It's clean, comfortable and have well equipped kitchen. It is fully modern like any apartment in Switzerland or Europe and even have an elevator(Lift) incase you have many luggages or unable to use the stairs. Friendly staffs, near the beach, Clean pool, 24Hrs security and at a good quite location with wonderful Seaview. Everything was perfect as expected to spend my holidays in The Gambia. I would also encourage anyone or families going to Gambia to stay there.

Positive: Naomi is an excellent host. She answered all my questions and tried to organise everything I requested. She helped me to do the money exchange before even I arrived in Gambia! She organised a taxi for us whenever we needed it. She also reached out to other partners' agencies and organised day trips on my request. The flat was very spacious and had everything I needed. It has beautiful sea views from different balconies. It has a big and fully functioning kitchen. The security guard called Assan is very nice and friendly. He showed us the nearest beach and where to find the shops. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

Negative: The property management staff were not very helpful and did not carry out their jobs properly. However, Naomi stepped in and tried her best to sort out any issues that we faced.
