Positive: the house was at the foot of the ski slopes, which was fantastic we had a warm and personal welcome by the host and the owner of the accommodation
Negative: the bedroom with the bunk bed was too warm to sleep well officially it's the drying room next to the washing machine and not a bedroom in our opinion
Summary: We had a fantastic stay on a prime location, especially for skiing/snowboard

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at Billabong. The pictures are accurate of the inside. Comfortable space for our family of 6 people! We loved the views of fhe mountains and having washer/dryer was helpful! It was also very close to the Grindelwald shopping/reataurants & a stone's throw away from the trainline! Owner was very responsive to fix a broken toilet seat. Very clean unit and well stocked.
Negative: Only downside is the weather was warm outside, so we really appreciated the Air Conditioning units in each bedroom, but could've used one more AC unit for the main living room/dining area. But honestly, it wasn't too bad bc it cools off at night and plus, mostly gone during the daytime.
Summary: Wonderful end of summer stay at the chalet!

Positive: We really enjoyed the stay. The house was very cozy and at a very prime location with easy access to COOP, train and cable car stations. Diarmuid was the same guy who refunded my complete amount when I could make to his property during Covid. I accidentally happened to stay this time with his another property. He is a gentleman.
Negative: Nothing. Everything was excellent.
Summary: Had visited Switzerland 20 years back. But this is the best location in Grindelwald.
