Summary: Lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood. The pool and backyard are absolutely gorgeous, and we spent a wonderful afternoon relaxing by the water. The pool table was a great bonus and gave us some fun indoor entertainment. The location is also convenient — reasonably close to both Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. A great stay overall.

Summary: We had a great stay at this VRBO in Clovis. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what our family needed after several days of camping in Yosemite with our kids. It was also conveniently located near my grandparents, which made visiting family easy.The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated having a regular coffee maker available instead of only a Keurig, which seems rare these days. The kitchen, living spaces, and outdoor areas were all well maintained and made for a relaxing stay.Our only suggestion would be to give guests a heads-up when lawn care or pool service is scheduled to stop by during their stay. It wasn’t a major issue, but a quick notification would be appreciated.Overall, this was an excellent property, and we would gladly stay here again the next time we’re in the Clovis area. Highly recommended.

Summary: One the best houses we’ve stayed in whilst on vacation. Spacious, clean and importantly the owner had provided the essentials to make us comfortable and started. The location was perfect for daily swims, walks and runs. Wide range of shops if needed. It was an excellent base to travel to the national parks eg kings canyon, sequoias and Yosemite. Would highly recommend this property. Felt like a very safe area too.

Summary: Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of nearby parking. A bit surprised with the lacking of items in the kitchen, such as ample flatware and dishes. Also, the advertised laundry detergent was not provided. However, all appliances were top quality. The pool and backyard was first rate and relaxing. Emails were not answered but phone calls were answered. Early check was permitted due to family arriving before the normal 3 PM check in. House is also located close to several shopping centers. Regardless of any issues would rent this house again. If I could give it a 4.5 rating I would.

Summary: House was beautiful. The pool was dirty and the pool water was not clean. The pool cleaner was not working so we decided purchased water test strips for our safety. The test strip showed zero bromine and minimal in all the other water test categories. We talked to maintenance daily and the pool was cleaned at the end of the third day. We ran another water check and the results showed ideal in all the water test categories. I have pictures showing the pool desperately needing a scrubbing.
