Positive: The house is large and spacious with a good layout. 4 bathrooms and kitchen showers in each unit and a central kitchen. The location is excellent and the hospitality is excellent. Batina is lovely. Highly recommended.

Positive: Everything is perfect for a family vacation. We had one of the apartments - 2 separate bedrooms, living room with fully equipped kitchen, big hallway. An apartment as all should be, not like the countless 30 m2 "apartments for 4" that are now all over the internet. I also liked the vintage touch of the massive wood furniture and its decoration. Downstairs is a common space with a few tables and another kitchen. The garden is very well designed and maintained, with a lot of types of plants (sometimes it feels like you are in a botanic garden). Also, it features a few benches with superb views towards the valley and the mountains on the other side of the valley - very good spots to enjoy an evening beer ;) Bettina is a wonderful host, discrete but ready to help if needed. Note to winter visitors: the property is on a hill and the road to it has some parts where is narrow, has a few hairpin turns and some parts with steep slope. We stayed here on summer but I can imagine that if there is snow or ice you should be more careful driving on this road. PS This is our second stay here, the first time (3 years ago) was also very nice, hence the return :)

Positive: We loved that we on a peaceful farm surrounded by beautiful gardens, flowers and animals. The hosts were very kind and respectful, and allowed us to experience their world. We loved the views from the rooms and garden, as well as the house decor and feel. We loved that our little one could play in the garden and enjoy the toys of the property - she loved it! We loved that the floors didn't creek and the rooms had solid well sound proofed doors, large fridge and we'll equiped kitchen, and of course the sauna. We also really enjoy the large solid wood outside tables - a shady spot is always available to utilize.
