Summary: Great help and friendliness from the front desk staff but the hotel was extremely dirty, smokey, broken fans etc.... The hall way was dirty and smelly. I would not recommend this place to anyone even if it was free. This hotel should be torn down. I don't think you can even remodel this place that's how bad it is...

Summary: No control for tv. No shampoo. No cups to drink from. Several wall plugs didn’t work. Lights above bed didn’t work. Dogs barking in the hall. Man walking around inside with open container of liquor. Awful. Never again!

Summary: Room was not clean- in terms of several patches on the wall repaired but not painted to match the rest of the walls, one light fixture were missing bulb in both sockets. There’s a big gap between the floor and the room enterance door. Smoke alarm was covered in plastic bag. I noticed a newer alarm on the wall- at least take the old one out and patch up the hole, to match other patches! When I first enter the hotel, there were a strong smell of smoking. When I got to my floor, the smell is still around but less. I noticed there were a lot of people living at this hotel as it is an “extended stay”. The receptionist was so nice and sweet but I would not go back there.

Summary: Room stunk bad. Bathroom faucet leaked. No kitchen wars available to check out. Drawers were all dirty. Clothes still in kitchen drawer from previous people or who knows longer.

Summary: I must say, considering the number of turnovers on ownership and management, and the class of the majority of people staying here are amongst the homeless variety, the ladies running it do a great job at keeping things in order and in line, despite the nature of most of the unruly guests. Definitely have seen a few roaches, but nothing extreme.

Summary: The reviews are true on the cleanliness of this place. Really makes a person question how much cleaning they do. They say they are renovating now and i hope they improve in the future. No live bugs were found during our stay, but one dead cockroach was found. (Not going to upset this hillbilly family much lol. It was dead and only one.) But the cleanliness in general is just poor. Absolutely amazing customer service! The lady who checked us in was an incredibly nice woman! Thank you very much for your kindness and hospitality! For being a cheaper place to stay, a person cant complain too much, but i really dont see why they couldnt clean some more. And yes, it smelled some. I will not defend by saying it wasnt that bad, but some reviews are a little harsh and over exaggerated. I dont know, maybe its just because i live in the country where I'm upwind of 3 hogbarns, but it didnt bother me that bad. Plus you are allowed to smoke in this place, so yeah no room for anyone to complain about smoke smells. Was happy i had a place my aunt could smoke inside! Thanks suburban suites for the stay and i wish you luck with your improvements!
