Positive: Very central location in a beautiful building. Very comfortable and clean and quiet at night. We were given clear text instructions from the host who also greeted us on arrival on how to get to the property from the station. The rooms were large and bright just as described.
Negative: Everything was good, however the bins were located in the basement and unfortunately we did not appear to have access but this was a very minor thing.
Summary: Excellent place to stay. Would highly recommend.

Positive: Perfect location, right next to the center square, spacious, comfy.
Negative: Minster apartament - would be good if it had a tall mirror. Also just one key per group of people made it hard to separate because we had to coordinate the keys.
Summary: Would stay here again in Brno.

Positive: We had a huge 2 bedroom apartment, large comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen with coffee machine, pods and sugar. Location close to the Gothic church and centre. Self check-in,we picked up keys across the street. All communication was via booking.com app.
Negative: Pillows were lumpy and need to be replaced. On our 2nd night we were told there was no hot water in the building due to a burst pipe. The cold water was ice cold so we didn't shower for 2 days. It wasn't fixed by the time we checked out, no compensation was offered. We should have checked out right away and gone elsewhere. No AC or fans in the apartment, the daytime temperatures reached 30+ deg.

Negative: Staff. I requested a late check out and they said no - which is fine. However they sent the cleaner early and she was trying to enter the apartment 30 minutes before the posted checkout time. Completely unacceptable!

Positive: The apartment is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The garden is cosy and spacious. The location of the apartment is perfect, everything is nearby.
Negative: There is a lot of noise coming into the apartment from the corridor. At night, drunk young people walk around and make noise and slam doors.
