Positive: What an amazing hotel right on the edge of Lake Biwa with stunning views over the lake from our room. The room was large and very clean. The bathroom was gorgeous and we also had a comfortable seating area. All staff were welcoming, polite and helpful. There is also a station shuttle bus that we used and the driver was friendly. Just outside Kyoto with great train links and only 40 mins from Osaka. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.
