Summary: This is probably the dirtiest hotel I've ever been to, there were stains all over the carpet on the floor and over the chair inside the room. The floor inside the room was very scratched up and everything felt quite unpleasant. The receptionist was absolutely lovely but unfortunately we had to book another hotel because of how uncomfortable we were here.

Summary: I got a bad room this time. It was made for people with wheelchairs, the door was leaking light, it was a bit cold, drafty and there was a parking right outside the window, a bit noisy. But bed and personell was awesome

Summary: Modest yet functional apartments with really everything you need for a stay in Stockholm. We appreciated the laundry room downstairs and the different bins downstairs to recycle our rubbish. The mini supermarket across the road is expensive as has been mentioned in another review but it is so convenient to quickly pick up a few needed things. And the staff there are lovely. The only thing we didn't like about Biz Apartments was that Reception is not staffed between 8am and 1.30pm daily. It caused a major drama for us when a courier was attempting to deliver our flight-delayed luggage. Other than that we'd definitely stay there again.
