Positive: location is great: two supermarkets, shopping center, a lot of busses. Walk distance to city center, railway and ferry stations. Washing machine with drying function, very useful.
Negative: Do not rent if there is any chance of sunny weather. We had an apartment of the last floor, there is no air conditioner, and roof and panoramic window accumulate heat as a greenhouse. numbers: outside it was +30C maximum in the peak hour, in the evening +24C outside. In the apartment in the evening it was +34C. Balcony is located on a sunny side and is useless in the evenings (and there is no sun shade). For owners: it is quite easy to install mobile air co in the bedroom: there is already a hole for passive ventilation. (note: Passive ventilation is useless in such weather.) Yes, this is unusual weather for Norway, but owners (professional company!) get feedback about temperature year by year and do nothing. In the same time all other business in Norway (shops, cafes, public transport) have climate control. Also very minimum number supplies was provided. 8 nights, two persons: 1 roll of toilet paper 4 dishwasher tablets 4 washing capsules only soap in the bathroom (no shower gel and etc.) no trash bin in the bathroom no floor mat in the bathroom Problem with cleanness: stains on the towels the balcony is not cleared of bird poop quite dirty and tired carpet in the living room (better no carpets at all than this one)

Positive: It had all the appliances needed. We could even use the washing machine. Spacious, comfortable, good location - close to the center and the grocery store is very close.
Negative: I can agree to one feedback that I read about getting emails that I have to correct credit card details (they were correct) in 3 hours our my reservation might be cancelled. I was hiking in mountains so my phone was on flight mode to save battery so I read the emails only when finishing the hike. The reservation wasn’t cancelled so I paid 1.5 hours later than asked. Then problems started probably because I pid later - I didn’t recieve access to the key box. I tried messaging the property, later also calling them (the phone said they are busy and I waited for the signal that they will call back a few times). No information was mentioned that I won’t be able to contact them on Sunday’s afternoon and early evening. I waited by the key box but when I hadn’t heard from them for 4 hours (at around 7:30 pm) I went and found another place to stay for the first night, otherwise I was scared I would have to stay on the street. I got an email that I can pick up the key at 9 pm, when I was already at a different place. If I would’ve waited till 9 pm to get access to the key and they wouldn’t have given me the access it would probably be impossible to find another place to stay that late. In the morning I got an email that I hadn’t picked up the key (obviously) and I they wouldn’t here from me in 24 hours they would cancel my reservation and I would have to pay cancellation fee the same amount as reservation. But luckily I was able to pick up the key that day and after that everything went smothely. Of course, didn’t get money back for the first night of my reservation when I had to stay somewhere else.
Summary: The place was great but I can’t rate it high as I literally couldn’t get into the apartment in the first day of my resrv

Positive: The location of the accommodation is ideal for a short stay in Trondheim. The property is immaculately presented and close to all the places of interest including bars and restaurants.
Negative: The system for picking up the keys, if outside office hours needs to be reviewed. If the current systems are maintained then the agency must act immediately to ensure guests are provided with the required information at the time of booking. It's not good enough that guests are unsure how the checking-in process is managed.
