Summary: Beautiful house. Very clean, with nice amenities. The location was perfect for exploring beautiful Hico. It was, also, convenient to travel to Hamilton and Stephenville. We will definitely stay here whenever we visit family in Hamilton.

Summary: Clean, easy to access. Odd configuration of one bedroom and bathroom. The “dead” animals displayed in side room freaked out one of my friends. We had to talk her into staying. The items in the frig for the guests were a nice touch. If you are a hunter or into rodeo, this is the place for you.

Summary: This place was a perfect place for our girls trip. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall, a great place to stay. However, after checking out, the host said there was damage to the house that he would have to hire a contractor to repair. This alleged damage was not noticeable to us upon arrival or when checking out. Beware when booking.

Summary: From start to finish we loved it my husband especially loved the books in the extra den, great tv which we basically needed a place to just relax in comfort and this did provide that for us, we enjoyed cooking a meal in the kitchen he has everything you need, the same goes for the rest of the house it felt like home away from home. So love Vrbo over hotels anyday! Will stay here again when needed.

Summary: Spent two nights. Neighborhood was quiet and convenient to downtown. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen nicely stocked. TV with free apps was appreciated. House lives up to it’s described cowboy theme.
