What Our Guests say 500 + Reviews

Aug 31, 2026 02:42:30 AM
Summary: The property is beautiful, with charming traditional stone houses and very tasteful design throughout. However, a few details were disappointing: the safe can only be activated by calling the security team, the wardrobe drawers are purely decorative and cannot be used to store clothes, and only one room key is provided, even for two guests. The main area requiring improvement is the service. Although the staff are polite, they are not particularly helpful or responsive and often fail to call back when assistance is requested.

Summary: The place is magical. Scenery is beautiful. The only downside is that the food is not so great although breakfast was excellent. Initially we had planned to explore the area, like visiting Der El Kamar and the Barouk Cedar reserve. We opted to stay in Bkerzay the three days we were there.

Summary: The 2 pools were not clean. Food is average and over priced. Massage is super average and not worth spending 80$ for the session. Breakfast was a set menu and not buffet as mentioned. However, the place is very calm and relaxing.
