Summary: The is not the first time we have stayed here, and, should the need arise, we will stay here again. The home is spacious and well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and near enough to our destination (Bolivar).

Summary: What a great home in a quiet area. We stayed five nights and traveled to Springfield each day: easy, pleasant drive. Lambert's was fun but the food was mediocre. Our favorite meal was at Tortilleria Perches.

Summary: We loved this house! It was very clean and had all the basic supplies we needed plus some extra features . I appreciated the lighted makeup mirror on the desk in the master bedroom and the folding tray table and distilled water that I used for my CPAP machine. We also liked the carport and the turnaround space was convenient. The house is nicely decorated and comfortable. The living room has plenty of seating with two couches and a recliner and the dining room table seats six. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The property is in a peaceful setting surrounded by some cows. We would definitely recommend it!

Summary: An awesome property out in the country where you can relax and enjoy the quiet but close enough to things. My second time staying here and the house is always spotless and well taken care of!! The host is awesome and I look forward to staying here again next year when I visit.

Summary: the property was not as described in the listing...IT WAS BETTER! my youngest daughter was getting married in Bolivar. we had the task of assembling bouquets, table centerpieces, planning and executing reception hall decorations, cooking food for the reception, and assisting her with baking/assembling/decorating the wedding cake. the garage space was ideal for working on centerpieces and decorations. the full kitchen had all the basic items we needed for the cooking we had to do. the beds (all of them) were very comfortable. it was great to have the washing machine and dryer available to us. not having neighbors right next door allowed to us to work late into the night without worry of disturbing anyone. the garage and carport made loading and unloading the vehicles very convenient. I wish we would have had time to relax and enjoy more of what the property offered. this was a great place to stay!

Summary: We stayed here during our son’s wedding in nearby Buffalo, Mo. It was perfect for our needs. Spacious, private, quiet, clean. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room to gather, chat, eat, and play games with family. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. And all those little things you might find in a hotel. Husband was grateful to find a fan when we forgot ours! I wish we had more free time during our stay! Only things I would make a comment on and they are minor is the bathroom door stuck in the door frame making lots of noise in the night, it’s likely worsen with recent change in temps. Easy fix. And we couldn’t figure out how to use the tv apps, what options we had or how to change the login to Netflix. We managed to get Hulu but was probably logged into someone else’s account?!? So maybe some instructions for that would be nice. We didn’t have much time for TV while we were there, So it wasn’t a big deal. Absolutely would stay again. Thank you so much for offering this home for rent!
