Positive: Location was good and parking convenient. Theo at the breakfast restaurant was always extremely pleasant and worked harder than all the others put together.

Negative: Room was dim even with lights on , there was no two pin plug for the lamp so I couldn’t put that on, passages felt dirty. The black walls don’t actually work for the vibe they are trying to create but instead makes it look dodge and dirty. Also it was noisy with either street shouting or noises from the building.

Summary: It was relative but don’t think I’d return.

Positive: The staff were helpful and went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable (especially on my first day and night) The housekeeping staff did a good job. I commend Happy on her cheerful attitude.

Negative: Reduce the waiting time when one orders for food from the Restaurant.

Summary: Pleasant and enjoyable. The bed…..clean and comfortable. The upgrade to a one bedroom is a bonus.
