Summary: Beautiful sitting space on the porch overlooking Blanco state park. Loved the little library out front. Thumbs up on the designated parking space. Comfy bed. Quiet area.

Summary: This is such an amazing little getaway! We loved our time in Villa #2. It it was very large and nice and so comfortable. The balcony/patio was wonderful. This is going to sound ridiculous but the linens were amazing and smelled so fresh and the bed was divine! The only thing this room needs is some comfy chairs inside. If you are truly wanting a small town/non commercialized Texas getaway, this is it. Blanco is a charming little town with great food and the most beautiful River!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchenette. A/c and heat with a ceiling fan. Outdoor seating. Access to state park. We liked the jet tub, only complaint was it was filthy when we tried using it.

Summary: It really wasnt on the river. You have to walk in a gate to get to the river. We were looking for 'river view' and all we got was tree views. So we know to book else where unless we want a romantic get away. Hopefully, the poeople who come in late the next time we stay there don't move furniture at midnight. Very annoying to get woken up to furniture being moved around that time of night. I know they saw other cars parked there. I am sure the people below them where just as upset as we were.

Summary: Second time that we’ve stayed here. We really enjoyed our time there. Blanco is one of our favorite places to visit. Great eating establishments next door and in town. Highly recommend.
