Positive: The location of the hotel was good. I did not realise that there was a virtual check-in, though the staff were responsive when they were contacted via WhatsApp.

Negative: I would have preferred an actual check-in. I was told to contact the hotel if I’d like to check in earlier. I requested to check in an hour before the check-in time (15:00 instead of 16:00) and was told that check-in was only at 16:00. I was told that there were luggage lockers to store luggage prior to check-in, but all of these bar one were full. The one that could be opened was filled with cleaning supplies, so I placed my bag in here and locked it, only to find the locker was opened when I checked in later that evening. The room was fine, though there was mould on the vents in the toilet. There was also dust on surfaces, and the coffee pods had not been removed from the previous guest in the coffee machine. I booked a room with a double/king bed, but it was two twin beds pushed together. The Wi-Fi was also intermittent.

Summary: Fine if you are not planning on being in the hotel much, but would recommend looking elsewhere.

Positive: Best location next to the main train stations. You can easily reach the two main touristic areas in Valencia (the city center and the science/architecture district). The room was clean, with everything in place. We were able to leave our baggage in the locker. I really appreciated that the staff was always connected to the messenger app for any questions we had.

Negative: We were overall satisfied, but the noise insulation between rooms could be weak. However, the street itself is calm and quiet.
