Positive: Very nice place. They did an outstanding job renovating this property into a very nice place. The staff (every one of them) were super friendly and helpful. Cheers to the tiki bar! Apparently it’s a favorite for the locals too. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again.
Negative: Tiki bar drinks were a bit pricey. I do get it that this is a waterfront bar and drinks get a premium price. Now, their happy hour (M-F 3:00-6:00) is great!

Positive: Location. Everybody was very nice at work there clean well kept. Beautiful pool nice restaurant.
Negative: Reviews Stated the rooms are very small and the bathroom is very very small but even smaller than I thought possible. No fan in bathroom crappy window hard to open and wouldn’t stay open. The problem with the little window is the light shines through so you can’t hardly see your face in the mirror. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I tried put something to block that glare….. The Air condition is right where you put your suitcase so every time I had to get in my suitcase I had to turn the air off inconvenient. 🥶 Our bed was a little weird there was a big air bubble, some kind of plastic cover for (bed bugs) the mattress we weren’t sure what was going on at first I did inquire maid wanted to fix it but that was inconvenient plus we figured out a way to keep the bubble down. Though I thought the mattress was comfortable despite the bubble the person I was with had a problem with it. Also parking could be a problem I also read that in reviews. The restaurant is really busy cars are trying to pull in and we were trying to get out. We were unsure if we were gonna lose our parking place so we decided to back it up park the car and walk we could put the cone to save it, but we were afraid somebody might move it. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Access to the beach we have to walk-through tables with our beach chairs umbrellas people eating very tight so we had to walk through room 124 area. I don’t think anyone was staying there when we were there though. We won’t be back. It’s not for us, but I can see where there was a lot of effort to make the place Nice just too small too tight. There were things I did like, but the things I mentioned were more important. I understand it was an old hotel renovation was nicely done. Oh one more thing, the stairs go down to the beach in rough shape but when you get to the bottom I feel like there should be some kind of platform where you hose your feet off what’s the sense of hosing them off? If you’re standing in sand, it may be extended a little bit of a boardwalk.

Positive: The location was right on the beach. The beach bar overlooked the ocean and the food and service were both awesome.
Negative: It was what I expected. The room was on the small side but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. We were there for the beach, pool and beach bar! Parking was also tight, but there is not a lot to be done about that due to the size of the property. I would advise people not to go there in a large truck or SUV

Positive: The staff was very welcoming. I felt taken care of. The continental breakfast was nice. It was great to be able to get a cup of coffee first thing in the morning.
Negative: I did not care for the mattress on my bed. It was.too soft. This is a personal preference. It's absolutely the only negative in a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel.
Summary: It's a quiet haven that I wouldn't hesitate to visit again.
