Positive: Fantastic view and spotless apartment, it had everything we needed. Very friendly hosts!

Negative: For us it wasn't an issue, but a steep walk up and down to town.

Positive: Amazing view, better than in the pictures, fully equipped kitchen, cosy and very warm in winter. Nice walks nearby and its a short walk to the center.

Negative: Only thing : the double bed has 2 separate mattresses put together and are very soft - not ideal for a couple as it creates a hole in between and for some people too soft matresses create muscle pain in the morning. Would recommend to change for a medium softness and have one matress for the double bed.

Positive: The fabulous views of town, the Danube River, the vineyards and hills beyond were outstanding! The whole apartment was absolutely clean, down to the tiniest corner. The kitchen was well furnished and the cook top was easy to use. Access to washer and dryer was a big plus. I was impressed that they had solar panels. The hosts had lots of helpful suggestions and literature about things to do around Krems. Ther river cruise with breakfast made for a wonderful day.

Negative: The downside of a fabulous view is that the location is up on the side of a hill which was a little demanding if walking in to town and back. But it wasn't too far to an excellent restaurant and the walking street with shops and restaurants. Be sure to pay for the parking, we didn't know and got a parking ticket!

Positive: The photos don't come close to doing justice to the charm of the place. It was super comfortable, spotlessly clean, had everything we needed, was in a great location, had a lovely terrace with a great view, was really quiet, the bed was so comfy extra and the hosts were so friendly and helpful.

Summary: The absolute perfect place to stay when visiting the Wachau Valley!
