Summary: This is an older property that has been updated. The first room we assigned had not been cleaned. There were no towels, no toilet paper, the shower was filthy and the sheets were dirty. The only thing they did was make the bed. We complained to the front desk and they did give us a different room that had actually been cleaned. The bed was not very comfortable and there was a domestic dispute in the room down the hall in the middle of the night. We stayed here because they had excellent reviews. But that was not our experience. For $50 I guess we got what we paid but I would not take my family here again.

Summary: Although not requested, I was given a room with two queen beds amd a handicapped accessible shower. Water pressure in shower was poor. TV (analog) with English and Spanish channels. Wifi good. The housekeeper was very pleasant. The bottom sheet on one of the beds had brown flecks. I asked to have it chaged out and it was done immediately. I've stayed here several years ago when it was a different name. It is nicer than before and the price was right.

Summary: It wasn’t very clean at all even though the entire property had an overwhelming smell of cheap cleaning products. Trim was falling off furniture, the sheets were dirty, and light fixtures were coming out of the ceiling.

Summary: They are a start up, so don't expect perfection. It's $60 a night. Not sure why people expect a 5 Star hotel. hey provide a comfortable bed, a tv, and air conditioning. Everytime I've stayed and a problem comes up, they do their best to fix it. And not Motel 6 around the corner. Which I'd rather sleep in my car over that place. The staff are kind and friendly and they are doing their best.

Summary: DO NOT STAY HERE! Only stay here if you want a terrible fall. I have never experienced such slippery floors. After nearly falling in our first room, we asked for a room change because the tile floor had some sort of residue on it that was slippery like grease. We could barely shuffle along and even then our feet would slide around. The man who gave us a different room seemed unconcerned and said it was due to using "Fabuloso" on the floors. He said it like that was the explanation and we were crazy for not wanting to break our necks. The second room was only slightly better, but the floors were still extremely hazardous. We roasted all night because the air conditioner didn't work. We were in Kokomo for a conference and were busy all day late into the evening, so we didn't try to find to a different hotel for our second night. We had reported the broken AC, and they kindly gave us another room. This third room ALSO had slippery floors. It also had a shower that didn't drain. I can't believe no one has died here from a fall. We didn't expect much for such a low price, but this was downright dangerous. I would never, ever recommend someone stay here until they figure out how to properly rinse their floors (or change cleaners).
