Positive: I had a wonderful stay at Blu Resort and would highly recommend it! Location: The location is absolutely perfect—central and convenient, making it incredibly easy to get around and explore. Service: The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout my stay. Dining: One of the highlights was the breakfast. It was absolutely great, with a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. Overall, a great experience thanks to the excellent team and prime location!

Negative: While the resort has a few strong points, my overall experience was disappointing due to several significant issues. Atmosphere: The biggest drawback was the noise level. It was consistently noisy, making it difficult to relax or get a peaceful night's sleep. Service: The service was very hit-or-miss. At times, it felt non-existent, with long waits and a general lack of attentiveness from the staff when help was needed.

Positive: The greenery, open seating spaces, amazing staff, the vibe and calmness. Breakfast was good. Food is good here. Overall a good experience for sure.

Negative: The furniture in the room. Was basic. Could be better. And no fridge. That was a turn off. Hotels around that price point offer better facilities.
