Summary: It was a good stay. Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that I didn't like was that I booked through hotels.com and the third party didn't know that the water park is only open on the weekend. I planned my stay there because of the pool. It being so hot out I wanted a place with the pool so the 3 kids could cool down. Other than that everything was good. Also it just says free breakfast, it was a continental breakfast, bagels and danishes. I always like to know this ahead of time because my two filters were a place with a pool and breakfast. Usually places will say continental breakfast so that the customer knows.

Summary: The condition of the room was overall poor it’s still smell like stale cigarettes and the wall was chipping in the bathroom the customer service was excellent but that building in West Springfield needs an overhaul

Summary: This was my second stay and the room was a bit nicer but still found trash under the bed. Wait time in line to Check-in was better. Exercise equipment was broken.

Summary: We were a bit disappointed with the water park. The water was chilly and it was extremely packed. We stayed in there for less than minute. We were bummed there was no hot tub.

Summary: For a one night stay the room was very clean and comfortable. When we got to the room, the bed was just a Full size! We were too tired to try to switch rooms so we just stayed. The only other complaint we have was that there was no pad on the ironing board so our clothes didn't get pressed well.

Summary: The Clarion Hotel West Springfield was very clean and comfortable for our overnight stay. The staff upon arrival were very helpful with a minor problem that had developed a piece of our belongings that had broken. It is very convinient to The Big E. We had a great buffet breakfast prior to our leaving with all stations full and hot.

Summary: Nice indoor pool, sports bar, laundry room. Was perfect stop for the middle of our trip so we could do our laundry. When we checked in we were interested in going to a movie. Not only did they have directions for us but actually had movie times also! Hotel is getting tired as its in need up updating as I saw broken ceiling tiles for example but a nice amenities hotel none the less.
