2 Bedroom Cottage in Filey

Blue Bay Beach House is situated on Blue Anchor Road, a favourite location with Bay regulars as it is close to the beach, tennis court, playground and village centre, but also very private.
Enter through the back door into the hallway and through to the spacious open plan living area. To the right is the kitchen with all the appliances you need including a tall fridge-freezer and coffee machine. To the left is the dining space, with dedicated work space, and through to the living area, with 2 sofas, log burner and TV.
From the living space, there are large bifold doors onto the expansive front deck, which is perfect for the afternoon and evening sun. There is a table and chairs plus sun loungers on the deck.
Down the hall, there are two bedrooms and the door back to the patio/garden with BBQ and dining table and chairs.
The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite wet room, and second bedroom with 2ft 6 single beds beds (can be joined to make a king on request), and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over. There is also an optional extra double sofa bed in the lounge which is easy to put up each night.
TVs in the living area and both bedrooms.
Off-road parking bay for 1-2 cars.
Log burner and underfloor heating make Blue Bay beach house cosy for breaks all year round. Ceiling fans in all rooms for the summer too.

Summary: This has to be one of the best places we have stayed. The welcome pack was amazing and very thoughtful. The decor was perfect and the accommodation had ever thing we could have asked for. No one wanted to leave but you have to leave to be able to return

Summary: The place it’s self is much bigger than it looks on the pictures! It’s decorated lovely and has everything u need inside! We had a small issue with the high chair provided, called them to request another and one was delivered to us with a bottle of wine within a couple of hours! Such brilliant customer service! The outdoor space is also just great, and perfect for sitting in the sun ! The location of the beach house is only a minute from the amenities, so it’s located great within the complex its self! Highly recommend and will be returning ourselves
