Positive: The was beautiful … my room was amazing with a great view of the ocean
Negative: The WiFi kept disconnecting from the tv but IT came twice to get it fix!
Summary: Overall I would definitely recommend this resort…it’s beautiful, clean and safe!

Positive: The villa was very nice. Loved the pool.
Negative: We came the day of the black out . No flashlights or candles in the villa. No generator for basic stuff, only at the reception.. The room upstairs has poor lighting and would prefer a window in the badroom upstairs.

Positive: The apartment is excellent, modern, beautiful and very spacious. The room was comfortable, the beds were great and the kitchen was well equipped, which made our stay easier. It’s perfect for families, and overall we really enjoyed the space. Since it’s inside a very large condo, having a car is necessary to move around and to get to the beach.
Negative: There are some points to be aware of. You need to pay separately for electricity, which can be inconvenient if you are not expecting it. Also, some apartments have a small step/wake-up stair; Unfortunately, the staffs by the beach were not very friendly. They looked unhappy and treated us with indifference. One morning we went to the beach and then for breakfast at the restaurant right there. A staff member very rudely asked my 12 year old sister to sit outside just because she was wearing a bikini, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.

Positive: Nice little bungalow. Pretty close to the beach.
Negative: The bungalow (Jazmyn villa) was not cleaned properly. When notifying Blue Bay, couldnt get housekeeping there till the next day. The cleaning room had a foul smell.
Summary: Nice bungalow, however the service was subpar, the emplyees stayed friendly but did not resolve the problems

Positive: The accommodation was lovely, we were a family of 4 and had 3 large rooms. It was a super modern space. We were on the ground floor and had plenty of outside space and could walk to the beach through the gardens. The beach was lovely, always plenty of chairs and a good bar/restaurant on site. You will need a car as it is kind of our the way to get to.
Negative: Housekeeping was terrible. One day, they came and only did half of our accommodation. There was no cleaning done at all during our 7 night stay. They came and changed towels, TP and that was it, every day they forget to replace the coffee pods and we had to ring and request (it took over an hour for them to bring them). We were meant to get a "full clean" during our 1 week stay with linens changed but this never happened. Lots of construction on our drive in to our accomodation.
