This fully updated house is located on Morris Lake and has over 100ft of lake frontage on a 5 lake chain in Waushara County, and 21' PONTOON available for additional fee-(SEE PICTURES, APPLIES TO SUMMER MONTHS ONLY). You can relax in the sun on the 2nd floor balcony, enjoy the breeze in the screened in porch facing the lake, play bag toss on the large yard leading to the water, or sit by the fire and roast marshmallows with family and friends and enjoy the sunset. We supply you with 3 kayaks. Our lake house is spacious with 1,200 sq. feet of living space. It is a 1.5 story with 2 bedrooms,(Bedroom 1= Queen bed & 1 set of bunk beds), (Bedroom 2 = Queen bed & 1 set of bunk beds), and a sleeper sofa in the livingroom. 2 full bathrooms that are nicely updated, a spacious kitchen/dining/living area with modern finishes throughout. There is a wood stove to keep you warm & 2 generous porches, one enclosed & one open to be used to entertain and enjoy a summer evening at the lake. This home is only 3 miles to Nordic Mountain, and is the perfect winter property for skiers, snowmobilers and snowshoers as well. Roku TV, washer & dryer, bonfire pit are all on this property. The large private backyard has ample lake frontage & a dock to access the water. High end furnishings, linens, and decor will make this a pleasure for your vacation, private pier for your boat.
Downtown Wautoma is 10 min away and it's full of shops and restaurants, candy store, museum, etc. Make sure you stop by Milty Wilty, a landmark for over 70 years, with old fashioned ice cream and 50's style decor and food!
There is a 1,000.00 deposit required at the booking.
Please bring your own life vests, sunscreen, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.

Summary: We had such a nice time at this house near Wautoma! The house was clean and comfortable. We were able to kayak on the lake (we didn't try the pontoon boat). There was a lot of wildlife to watch - deer and sandhill cranes in the backyard! It was very quiet and we had a lovely, relaxing time.

Summary: We stayed here with our 16 year old for a few days of fishing. House was very cute and comfortable. Communication with property manager was easy. Lake was pretty but unfortunately we didn't have a lot of luck fishing. Quick drive to town for stores and restaurants. Very nice few days up north.

Summary: Friends and I stayed at this beautiful home on the lake. Situated on a dead end road surrounded by wildlife and forest. Great fire pit by the lake, supplied with plenty of firewood. We were lucky enough to spot a bald Eagle soaring over the lake. Kayaks and bean bag toss game supplied. Actually pretty much anything you needed. The inside of the home is very cozy and modern. Top of the line appliances and shower/sink faucets. Super clean home and well taken care of. We enjoyed our lunches and dinners in the screened in porch. The bedrooms slept plenty of us, 6 total and could accommodate more. Loved the bedroom barn wood sliding doors and the ship lap downstairs in the living room. Very nice laundry area. Cool lighting throughout the home and outside. An upstairs porch provides a beautiful view and great area to enjoy your morning coffee. The host, Eric, is a super nice guy who genuinely cares about his guests. We will be back!!! Thanks for the great getaway Eric!
