Summary: My wife and 2 kids (13 & 10) stayed here for a week. The house is new and pristine as is the view of Chalk Sound. We enjoyed the view, the pool, and the many amenities the house has to offer: kayaks, beach chairs, well-stocked kitchen, coolers, and others. It is a very short walk to the Las Brisas restaurant, which we visited twice. You can also walk to Sapodilla Beach, but we drove the 2 minutes to carry the chairs and cooler. We had a very lovely stay.
