Summary: We had a perfect stay! This GORGEOUS home is in Rockport’s best neighborhood. The location of the home is almost on a Key Allegro point so our views were beautiful. We fished from the dock, watched beautiful birds and sunsets. I was sitting outside enjoying morning coffee and had a dolphin swim right up to the dock! The home was immaculate. Linens and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen met all of our needs. A/C was in perfect working order…important at the coast. Scott is a friendly and attentive host. We will book this house again for sure!

Summary: The house is beautiful and has several spaces to relax and enjoy your stay. It’s on a quiet street and away from the tourist traffic that plagues Rockport. The property was immaculate and well appointed, and all the bedrooms had great comfortable bedding. The host was very responsive. The only thing to note is that the kitchen does not have good cookware. That won’t be an issue for guests who want to skip cooking, but I like to cook and will bring a good Dutch oven and skillet when I stay again. I’ll definitely stay again.

Summary: This is the best house we have stayed in over the last 3 years. Everyone was complimentary on how well it was thought out. I especially liked the rod holders and the ice machine!

Summary: This was a weekend getaway for our family and we couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more at this beautiful home. The pool and patio on the water was perfect all day and night. The home was spacious and allowed privacy for all.

Summary: Overall the house is very nice, however we felt that there were quite a few things that were not clear. There were many locked cabinets, including all closets, labeled “owner”, we couldn’t hang any clothes or use some things in the kitchen. The lack of availability of closet space was frustrating because you basically live out of your suitcase. The garage as well was locked and unusable. The pool is more of a soaking tub and bakes in the sun so we didn’t even use it, which with kids wasn’t very fun. There is construction across the canal all day. We spent 6 nights here so I feel we can give an adequate review, house is nice but things need to be made clearer on the listing or the owners need to open closets and cabinets.

Summary: Home was beautiful and extremely well kept. AC took a day to acclimate, so it could have been a bit cooler the first night, but property manager was extremely engaged and helpful.

Summary: We have stayed many homes in Rockport but this was exceptional! Seriously 5 star hotel amenities, great location, great view and evening breeze. Beds were so incredibly comfortable!! We loved our stay and would stay again!
